Bert brings many years of construction related experience to the table. Bert relies on his background in residential construction including construction supervision for a large local housing development for which he was responsible for the day to day operations, crew scheduling, and oversight.

      Bert Cooper is a personable and well rounded team member bringing his energy and knowledge to the Seagate Inspections team.

      Bert like all Seagate Inspectors completed an extensive training program before performing his first solo inspection. Bert actually qualified for the InterNACHI Certified Inspector Program before coming on board with Seagate Inspections.

 

    Bert has since acquired the ASHI certification that we require of all of our inspectors and performs all his inspections under the guidelines of the ASHI Standards of Practice along with the high standards set in place by our company. Bert will continue to undergo the endless training that is all part of the home inspection industry.  In addition to national association certifications, Bert is trained in Carbon Monoxide Analysis and can perform testing & analysis on combustion appliances as part of a home inspection.

 

    The challenge of working within the local real estate industry / market has been met head on and Bert has shown he can adapt and perform up to the expectations our clients have come to expect. As part of his ongoing education and training, Bert will be completing at least 30 hours of continuing education annually.
