Bill has over 20 years of experience in industrial electricity and building maintenance in an industrial setting.  During this time Bill was also involved in a family operated business that brought him construction experience in rough plumbing, electrical work, and pole and block building construction including concrete flat work and excavation in preparation for slabs and driveways.  Other construction experience includes re-roofing and remodeling of residential properties, building additions to existing structures, and window and siding installations. 

   

          Bill’s interest in home inspection started in 2001 at which time he began to pursue training to change careers to become a full time home inspector.  Over the past several years Bill has become a Certified Member of the American Society of Home Inspectors (ASHI #211375) and completed over 2,200 home inspections according to the Standards of Practice and Code of Ethics of ASHI. 

  

          At the beginning of 2005 Bill was promoted to the Filed Manager position where he oversees the everyday operations of the field inspectors, is responsible for training of new inspectors, and fulfills other managerial duties as well as continuing to perform home and commercial building inspections.  He is also fully involved in the development of new training programs for real estate agents. 

    

Bill is also certified by the National Comfort Institue (NCI) as a “Carbon Monoxide Analyst” and has performed over 120 complete Carbon Monoxide analysis' and draft testing on natural gas, oil, and propane fired furnaces/boilers and water heaters.
