Julie has the primary responsibility of managing the day to day activities of the pest control side of the business.

With Julie at Pilot's helm regarding the organization and scheduling of appointments from our commercial accounts to all of the residential wood destroying insect inspections (termites, carpenter ants, carpenter bees and powder post beetles) she has streamlined the process and improved efficiency by leaps and bounds. Julie's corporate world experience also has given her the ability to look at the business side of things from a fresh perspective that has offered Pilot the chance to grow into areas never before imagined.

  

Aside from her daily duties for Pilot Termite and Pest Control, LLC, Julie handles incoming calls and scheduling for Seagate Inspections, Inc. Both Michele and Julie make up a service team that is unequaled in the Toledo area home inspection industry.
