Day to day, the operations at Seagate Inspections undergo Michele's tough scrutiny. Michele manages the office schedule for all of Seagate's home inspectors. Michele estimates of the more than 30,000 inspections that have been performed in the history of the company, that about 22,000 have her fingerprints on them.
