In addition to our other qualifications, all of our inspectors have been trained as
Certified Carbon Monoxide Analysts through the National Comfort Institute, we have two licensed contractors, two licensed
Radon Technicians, two Certified Residential Mold Inspectors, two Certified EIFS Moisture Intrusion Inspectors, a Level I
Certified Infrared Thermographer, three licensed and certified Pest Control Operators (OH & MI), and a fully staffed office.
We are certified members of The American Society of Home Inspectors (ASHI) as well as the National Association of Certified Home Inspectors (NACHI). Seagate Inspections, Inc. is also a member of the Better Business Bureau, the Toledo Board of Realtors, and the Toledo
Area Home Builders Association.
